Allan Perera-Liyanage, originally from Sri-Lanka, started seriously painting in watercolour around 1986 and has since become a full time artist. His paintings are bought by many collectors in the UK., America, Spain, France and of course Scotland. He has had two very successful one man exhibitions in Perth, Scotland. Allan has designed several greeting cards for Companies and Hotels, perspective drawings of Artist's Impressions for architects and has produced five of Gleneagles golf courses for limited edition prints. He specialises in the subtle moods of the Scottish countryside landscape, seascape, town and cities, still life and floral art. His touch of gentleness with brush and paint in Portraits and Life paintings in capturing their personality is a delight. Allan accepts commision work of paintings to suit all occasions and events.
